Imagine 18.8 million dogs and cats, lost and vulnerable, struggling to survive on the streets of Mexico. Their plight is a heartbreaking reality, fueled by abandonment, lack of veterinary care, and the sheer overwhelming numbers. Dedicated organizations like PPR and our incredible Mexican partners are fighting tirelessly, but we can’t do it alone.
We’ve seen incredible progress. What was once skepticism is now a surge of compassion for animals in need. The wait-lists for our free spay/neuter clinics are overflowing, and grassroots rescue groups are blossoming in Mexico. But the need is still immense.
The greatest hurdle? Funding the life-saving spay/neuter services that prevent unimaginable suffering. We have a $10,000 match from SPCAi that will DOUBLE your donation!
This year, we’re expanding our impact:
- Weekly clinics with Coco’s Animal Welfare in Playa del Carmen: Providing consistent, vital care.
- A massive three-day community clinic in November: Aiming to spay/neuter over 1,000+ dogs and cats.
- Ongoing services through Rocco’s Relief Foundation near Mexico City: Extending our reach to desperate communities.

Our bold goal: to spay/neuter 2,200 animals this year in Mexico, preventing an estimated 16,500 from ever being born into hardship.
