Volunteers are vital to the success of all Pet Project Rescue programs. Below is a list of current volunteer needs.
Event & Fundraising Volunteers
- Grant Writer & Researcher: PPR is in need of experienced grant writers to assist in the grant writing process to help fund our many programs. We’re also in need of volunteer(s) for on-going grant availability research. Both roles can be done from home.
- Fundraising Lead: PPR is in need of individuals with fundraiser experience to help expand and maintain both fundraisers, sustaining donor programs, and corporate outreach.
- Ebay Sales: List, mail, and manage items on PPR Ebay. All items sold raise funds for PPR programming. Knowledge of Ebay/online selling experience required.
- Event Volunteer: Are you a social butterfly and love events? PPR is in need of event volunteers to help at our events.
- Administrative Support: All administrative tasks can be completed from home. Most involve email and a basic understanding of computers and our database (training provided).
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Program Volunteers
- TNR Volunteer: Oversee a colony and trapping of feral cats in PPR approved colonies, and/or transporting to spay/neuter appointments in Golden Valley. Must be able to work independently.
